How else are you going to hear the wind whistle through your six-pack? After a few reps of these ab exercises, your stomach muscles will get seriously beat down.

SUPERSET
Perform the exercises in order with no rest between exercises and 1 min. of rest between sets.
Hanging leg raise
If possible, perform holding a dumbbell between knees.
4 sets, 12 reps (no rest)
Kneeling cable crunch
4 sets, 12 reps (rest 1 min.)

Perform the exercises in order with no rest between exercises and 1 min. of rest between sets.
Cable reverse crunch

Weighted Sit-Up

Standing torso twist stretch
If possible, perform holding a single dumbbell.

Side Plank
