Background

Danielle Bitts is a writer, producer and above all, athlete. She's a New York City-based certified personal trainer, performance nutrition specialist and plant-based triathlete.

Danielle holds a special interest in injury prevention and recovery after undergoing multiple sport-related surgeries. She's a strong believer in training the mind first and approaches programming with functional movement at the forefront.
