Tiffany Lee Gaston is an author and fitness personality. With recurring appearances on local television networks, she promotes her own unique brand of fitness, with an emphasis on the discovery of our own best selves, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Her passion for health and wellness began over 20 years ago, when she discovered fitness; she truly believes it saved her life. Her newly released memoir, "From Broken to Badass," shares the story of the many unhealthy hurdles she faced during her early years and her ultimate desire to rise above her past.

Having competed as a high-ranking national figure athlete, she has graced the covers of nine magazines along with features in Oxygen, STRONG, Inside Fitness, Health & Fitness, Muscle & Fitness Hers, and many more. She has discovered her strength and passion lie in motivating others to seek their own "inner badass."
