Biography

Richard LaFountain is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Richard LaFountain, MS, received his master’s degree in kinesiology from Ohio State University, and is continuing to work toward his doctorate in the Department of Human Sciences at Ohio State University. Rich’s research interests have focused on improvement and development of diagnostic testing procedures for cardiovascular disease and heart-failure patients via combination cardiopulmonary exercise testing and cardiac magnetic resonance (CPX-CMR).

Rich is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
