Paul Leonard

Background

Paul Leonard has been a competitive strength athlete for more than three decades. He began his career competing at the Teenage National Championships, achieved top-five placings at three Senior National Powerlifting Championships, and currently holds multiple Arizona State Masters Powerlifting records. Leonard has also competed at various state- and national-level strongman contests. He considers his greatest accomplishment to be the friends and allies he has made while pursuing his strength goals.
