Adam M. Gonzalez obtained his PhD in exercise physiology at the University of Central Florida, where he spent years working in a human performance laboratory researching sports science, exercise physiology, and nutritional supplementation. Gonzalez is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Health Professions at Hofstra University, and is also an NGA natural men’s physique pro. Gonzalez has published over 90 peer-reviewed research articles and abstracts on applied exercise physiology and sports nutrition.
